2005-2014 Head Baseball Coach
Head Baseball Coach Brian Aylor took over the Norman North Baseball Program in 2005. Since then he has led the Timberwolves to 4 Regional Championships in 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2013. Norman North has also been Conference Champions 3 times and were the 2013 District 6A 2 Champions and State Runner up. His philosophies and instruction have propelled the Timberwolves to one of the top Baseball programs in Oklahoma. In his 10 years as a Head Coach, he has had 11 players selected to Oklahoma Coaches Association All State. He has sent 44 players to play at the collegiate level and has had 4 players drafted by Major League Baseball.
His knowledge of the game goes back to his background as a player. He spent four seasons in the New York Yankees Organization after being drafted in the seventh round in 1996. He was an all Big 8 Centerfielder at Oklahoma State University.
2009-2014 Associate Varsity Coach
Brad Dolejsi is entering his 6th year with the Timberwolves coming from Bishop McGuinness High School. McGuinness won 2 State Championships in Baseball during his 6 years with the program and he was also awarded Oklahoma Assistant Coach of the Year.
Coach Dolejsi spent 4 years coaching Division 1 Baseball at New Mexico State University and also served as the recruiting coordinator. He also spent 2 years coaching at Howard junior College before making the move to New Mexico State. While at New Mexico State, Coach Dolejsi earned his Master’s Degree in Education. Coach Dolejsi was an All Big 8 Outfielder in 1991 at Oklahoma State University where he had the privilege of playing under Gary Ward. Coach Dolejsi was also a finalist for the Gatorade High School Player of the Year in 1987.
Norman North Junior Varsity Black Head Coach
Coach Thomas is in his 9th year as a member of the NN Baseball Program. This is his fifth year as the JV Black Head Coach. He previously was the JV Green Head Coach for 2 years and began as the JV Black Assistant Coach.
Coach Thomas has been married to his lovely wife Melissa, for the past 5 years. They have one child, a 7 month old son named Cooper. Coach Thomas is also a member of the Norman North Football Coaching Staff in the fall. He also serves as the Physical Education Teacher at Eisenhower Elementary in Norman.

Norman North Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Brown is in his second year as a Norman North Varsity Assistant Coach. He played four seasons at the major league level for the Detroit Tigers, Oakland Athletics, and Minnesota Twins. He was drafted by the Tigers in the 3rd round of the 1977 amateur draft.
Brown played his first professional season with their Class A-Advanced Lakeland Tigers in 1977, and split his last season with the Triple-A affiliates of the San Francisco Giants (Phoenix Firebirds), Seattle Mariners (Calgary Cannons), and Texas Rangers (Oklahoma RedHawks) in 1986.
Norman North Junior Varsity Green Head Coach
Dayton Craig is entering his first year as the Player Development and Head J.V. Green Coach at Norman North. Before joining Norman North Coaching staff Coach Craig spent time coaching Travel select Baseball at the Majors level and also served as the recruiting coordinator.
Over Coach Craig’s 10 year career he has coached his teams to the following: USSSA Hobart-Detter Runner Up, USSSA HD Net Heroes Tournament Champions, 13th Annual Wood Bat Classic Champions, Super Series State Tournament Champions, USTSA World Series Round-Up Champions, Super Series World Series Champions and USSSA Global World Series Champions.
He started his playing career at Hill Junior College in Texas where he was an infielder at 3rd Base. However, a plaguing injury ended his playing career. Coach Craig later received his degree from the University of Kansas.
Norman North Varsity Assistant Coach
Rudy Darrow is entering his first year as Varsity Coach at Norman North. Coach Darrow will be in charge of the Pitching Staff as well as helping out with the catchers. Before joining the North coaching staff Coach Darrow was the Pitching Coach at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux Louisiana. He started his playing career at Labette Community College in Parsons Kansas in 2002 where he was a Pitcher and was also on the Wrestling Team.
After Labette, he received a Scholarship to Nicholls State University, after his junior year in 2006 he was drafted in the 32nd Round by the Detroit Tigers. Rudy spent 4 years with Detroit making it to Double AA and Big League Spring Training.
